The Lady Cougars ended their season with a 12-15 mark and struggled with Aberdeen's speed and agility.
South Pontotoc scored just 15 points in the second half and was outscored 24-8 in the third period.
"They outclassed us, as far as their athleticism," South Pontotoc head coach Matt Waldrop said.
"We played good defense in the first quarter and tried to limit the touches to their leading scorers.
“They were just too athletic."
Aberdeen led 13-11 after the first quarter, then outscored the Lady Cougars 15-10 in the second period to extend their halftime advantage to 28-21.
South Pontotoc managed just seven points in the fourth quarter.
Senior post player Jessi Hayles led South Pontotoc with 13 points.
